If I delete my Berserker, can I grab the same character name when I create my Spearmaster?

Depends on the character, who has the name first. When the character you want to delete hasn't reach level 15,
then the name is immediately available for the new character, as long noone grab it in the meantime
When the character is above level 15 you need to wait a week to reuse the name.

I only reserved the character / character name. Have not played it yet. Also, don't know if it matters, I am using the GamForge launcher.

In this case ... yes, your name would be available immediately regardless if you using the Gameforge or Steam client

Click on the character you wish to delete. Then there's a bin button above the button to start the game.

similar issue I tried to click on delete and another window opens and I write delete and press delete or write pg name but it does not work

Haha, you all need to read carefully!
You have to enter "Swords of Legends Online" in order to delete a character,
not the name of the character or the word "delete".
