No text/buttons - need help

Hello fellow Cultivators~

Um I was kinda MIA for a while because my PC died and I've finally got a new baby <3!

Sadly I have a problem that makes the game unplayable (I wanted to see if the couchers from the going f2p already went puff QAQ, aah bad timing for pc to die).
But from the title screen on there is basically no text/buttons kind of and I don't have a clue what could be the problem. This is the first game/program I've countered this problem with.

My specs:

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Version 21H2

OS build 22000.675

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.675.0
