How to even use Customer Support

    I can't login since a Gameforge account isn't an actual Gameforge account but you rather need one for SOLO forums, one for support and one for the Gameforge client. Fine

    But I can't even login to customer support after making an account! When I try to register again it says it's already registered. Has anyone been able to use the support system?:cursing:

    You should receive an email after creating an account on the Support portal which allows you to verify your account. Once you have verified it, you can go to the page again and log in.
