It's nothing new of MMOs in PVE content. I have seen alot worse than this. Unfortunately it's a repetitive thing as with all PVE content in alot of MMOs. It will all end up the same eventually, and over time there are some content where u can simply omit, but you're still at the starting phase of the game. In China and Taiwan gear score is ilevel 370+ which is 2 years ahead of the western release.
The raid "events" are here to stay and for the most part you do them as you go once you hit 60 gear. If you feel the need to rush and be ontop all the time, then yes it'll be alot more grindier than normal because you want the content. You can stop running Normal other than your daily random instance quest. and just focus on hards and doing the raid instances (which is just a once a week thing).
Increase in mysterious parchments is not a bad thing because higher level items require more of those to do the pet crafting. No one is pointing a gun at your head to hit max.18 each week. its an option for those who want more. Also do note the weekly parchment cap is per week not daily. You can easily hit 18 parchments a week by doing dailies every day.
Battlepass daily isn't really something that asks you to complete all. You have a choice again to select the easiest/ less time consuming ones to hit 10 points each day for dailies. There are some people who may not have enough time to do the usual dailies on some days to get their 10 points and the "overvalued" things you mentioned are alternatives for people to choose from to help them hit those 10 points.
It is not Mandatory to do all. it's great that they offer options for people on the battle pass. From pve to pvp to casual leisure games.
All you really need is to do 4 quests listed on the battlepass each day out of the big massive list of options. The options are also there to stop people from feeling overly bored doing the same 4 quests everyday. some might be ok with it some want variety. So going back on your point of how its not interesting at all, this is why they have a list of quests for people to choose from.
What you're expressing is normal frustrations alot of pve mmo's cause to players, which is why I don't rush and pace myself and enjoy the game. its not the end of the world if you miss one day of dailies and having a break from the game once in a while. If anything we always advise our group to pace themselves and not burn out because we know from all our experiences in past mmos chinese/korean ones in particular that the grind is long and unrewarding and limited.
Im not here to tell you what you're saying isnt right, but its also fairly inaccurate to have said what you said and i felt the need to share a differnt opinion to open up your thinking.
Just enjoy the game, take it at your own pace and don't get swept away by the sweaty bettys.

Though we are a casual group we do expect decently fast levelling to be able to complete higher level content. We are seeking to do both daily and weekly raids/dungeons together, as well as other guild activities.
