Steam and Gameforge accounts are separate and there's no way to link them together.
If you plan on topping up, then I suggest you do so on the account you'll be using. What you can do, is if you enjoy CBT1, purchasing the game on Steam and then you can still do the Panda event and the top-up event during CBT2, but on your Steam account!

From what I've understood, the Pre-Order "Bonus" aren't the cosmetics, but rather as it states, the CBT acces + extra keys depending on the pack, founders title, founders flag, etc.. As shown in the picture below. That is the bonus you get for buying the pack BEFORE release.
I think the confusion here is that people think these are founders packs, but they are not. They're just Game access packs with extra stuff depending on which one you buy.

Will the game have all the updates from the current Chinese version?
- We will release with the most up-to-date client in terms of stability and bug fixes as well as polished features (extensive housing, flying mounts) and class balancing. However, while we will have most of the quality-of-life improvements available, we will not be on content parity with other versions of the game due to revamped content progression. We wish to bring the vast majority of the content to our players over the following weeks, months and years.

I kinda made it a habit to have "autorun" on mousewheel-click, so I always hope I can make it like that XD
Autorun is bound to Mousewheel click as standard if I remember correctly from playing the TW version.

On the stream from today a Product Manager (Kano) said that for Launch, there will be no Chinese VO, however, that they have heard the community and might be something for later down the road.
