Apparently, NA server works on steam but not on Gameforge. I'm trying to get a refund from Gameforge to redownload on steam instead.

Fix this issue with our ISP or let us initiate refunds because this is just stupid and annoying. Should not have even been a possible issue.
Why the hell does it let us play in EU but not NA
Yeah, I have had the same error message since Sunday. Tried multiple times reinstalling the entire game as well as repairing the game files. I'm in Phoenix, AZ, and using Cox as the ISP as well. I use the LAN connection, but it doesn't seem to help. I created a ticket to Gameforge Support and have yet to hear back from them.

I have the same problem, couldn't log into NA server at all yesterday with the error message "The server is undergoing maintenance..." I tried logging in this morning after the announcement that NA server is back up and am still getting the same error. I've submitted a ticket, hopefully, we can find a solution.
